Patient Support Services Manager
The Patient Support Services Manager will oversee Rosemont’s patient support operations, serving as the key link between patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and payers. The role is accountable for the effective delivery and ongoing improvement of patient access services, including benefits verification, prior authorization support, appeals coordination, copay and cash assistance pathways, refill continuity, and issue resolution. Market Access Key Account Manager
The Market Access Key Account Manager (KAM) is accountable for driving access, adoption, and profitable growth for Rosemont’s portfolio by owning strategic accounts across Long-Term Care (closed-door) pharmacies, LTC networks/aggregators, and GPO/channel organizations. This role leads contracting strategy, negotiation, implementation, and pull-through execution, ensuring agreements translate into measurable utilization and sustained net revenue. The KAM partners cross-functionally with Trade, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Supply Chain, Patient Services, Medical, and commercial field teams to remove access barriers, operationalize contracts, and win in true sites of care.
