Quality Control Manager
Leads the laboratory operations and management of the Quality Control department to ensure finished product, raw materials and packaging materials are tested so as to meet business requirements in accordance with company procedures and GMP principles. Leads delivery of stability testing requirements of finished products and new products in accordance with business requirements. Ensures Health and Safety within the QC function and works collaboratively with other site functions to drive improvement and enhance the quality culture whilst upholding the Rosemont Values.

To manage an assigned category of leading prescription liquid medicine products for the treatment of patients with dysphagia and swallowing difficulties. The category includes key therapy areas of Gastro-Intestinal, Cardiovascular and CNS, plus others. With the assistance of the product manager team you will manage all aspects of marketing the category with a focus on commercial launch excellence of pipeline products. To drive and implement the strategic direction and growth of the category by ensuring all key performance indicators are met, including a commercial focus on sales and profit objectives, through the implementation and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan and product pipeline launches.
