With almost three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, Alok has held Executive roles at Baxter International Inc, Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories and Bristol-Myers Squibb. He is recognized for driving growth, enhancing performance, and leading high-impact teams.

Gavin has been a public company CFO with companies listed in both the US and UK.  Most recently he was CFO of Adaptimmune Therapeutics  – a pioneer in engineered T-cells in solid tumours.  Before that he was CFO of Abcam Plc and Affymetrix Inc based out in Silicon valley.

Deepak has over three decades in pharmaceuticals with the last ten years as a CSO. For the past twenty years Deepak has been based in Europe within Greece, Netherlands and Poland whilst occupying global roles for Polpharma Group, Synthon & Genepharm.

Caroline has over 20 years’ experience in HR, across various industries within Fortune 200 Companies and Private Equity. She has senior level experience across EMEAI, US, APAC and LATAM regions with key focuses on businesses in growth, scalable HR solutions, M&A integration, organisational design, change and talent management.

Eyke has 20+ years’ experience across pharma, biotech and nutraceuticals, leading single and multi-site quality organisations. His focus is driving GMP compliance and transforming quality organisations to support quality culture, growth, efficiency and operational excellence.

Terrence has over 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting his career with Johnson & Johnson alongside other leading pharmaceutical companies across North America, Europe and Asia. He joins from Azurity where he was the Global Chief Commercial Officer for over six years.

Iain has 36 years’ experience in prescription pharmaceuticals, supplying to both UK and global markets leading multiple operational teams of up to 70 personnel. Iain is a registered Responsible Person (RP) specialising in Production, Logistics, Controlled Drug Management, Supply Chain, Customer Services, Health & Safety and Site Management.

Abhi has more than 15 years of experience in M&A, BD and strategy within the pharmaceutical industry, leading transactions with over $1 billion in closed deal value. He has held leadership positions at Accord and Dr. Reddy’s and served as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, advising life sciences clients on strategic and growth initiatives.

Jeroen has over 25 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry with a career spanning commercial, strategic, and general management roles across multiple therapeutic areas. He has held senior leadership positions at EUSA Pharma, AstraZeneca, and Eli Lilly, and has managed large teams and full P&L responsibility in several markets.
