Executive Assistant
Location: Leeds, United Kingdom
This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate working from our Leeds site at least 3-4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting organisation
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing packs for executive and board‑level meetings
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
- Act as a central point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate leadership meetings, off‑sites, and cross‑functional forums, ensuring actions are tracked and followed up
- Support governance activities, including minute‑taking and document management
- Anticipate priorities and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and executive support processes
About You
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior PA role, ideally supporting leadership teams
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and time‑management skills
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and across complex organisations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable preparing professional documentation
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently
