Business Development Manager for Out-Licensing

Location: Greece, Europe

What you’ll be doing

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis 

  • Develop and implement out-licensing strategies aligned with corporate objectives. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess competitive landscapes. 

 

Business Development & Partner Engagement 

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue out-licensing opportunities for Rosemont’s assets. 
  • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech partners worldwide. 
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to achieve optimal commercial outcomes. 

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with internal teams including R&D, Regulatory, PMO, and Corporate Development to ensure alignment and support for out-licensing activities. 
  • Provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders based on market trends and partner feedback. 

 

Commercial & Industry Expertise 

  • Apply strong commercial judgement to shape deal structures and proposals. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of global pharmaceutical markets, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
