Rosemont has a long heritage in the UK Pharmaceutical industry, originally established in 1967 by two Pharmacists in response to the lack of liquid medicines available for their patients, we have since strived to manufacture products and advocate support for vulnerable patients with swallowing difficulties. In 1974, our first liquid medicine to be granted a license from the MHRA entered the market and since then, we have continued our focus on research and development to bring more medicines in a liquid format to the market. The Rosemont portfolio now contains over 130 liquid medicines, with over 70 of these licensed. Our ambition is to maintain this momentum and continue to expand and develop our product range to enable us to support even more patients and healthcare professionals. We have a reputation as a market leader and innovator within the UK for oral liquid medicines.
We have continuously invested in our state-of-the-art production and warehousing facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Over the years, our site has expanded significantly and along with it, we have invested in new technology and grown our capabilities and capacity. Now with over 50 years dedicated experience in the specialist manufacturing of liquid medicines, we are trusted experts.
Our head office is sited next to our manufacturing and warehousing facility in Leeds, at this site we employ over 200 people across a wide range of specialties and skill sets.
