Virtual Key Account Manager – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Remote, UK based

This role is fully remote and the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK, but preferably in the North West of England.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth across a portfolio of targeted primary and secondary care accounts through effective virtual engagement with healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and execute targeted account plans to maximise prescription growth and market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, identifying customer and patient needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Successfully promote Rosemont’s portfolio, including newly launched and differentiated products.
  • Support best practice in medication management for patients with swallowing difficulties and champion Rosemont’s products and services.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adapt engagement strategies to maintain commercial advantage.
  • Analyse sales data and customer insights to prioritise activity and maximise territory performance.
  • Utilise CRM systems effectively to plan, record and optimise customer interactions while maintaining robust business plans.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with ABPI Code of Practice and Rosemont policies.

 

About You
  • ABPI qualification is essential.
  • Degree educated or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a sales-focused role, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices or a related sector.
  • Experience working in a sales role remotely.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to engage customers remotely and virtually.
  • Commercially minded with a proven ability to achieve targets and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and sales data to drive performance.
  • Passion for improving patient care and delivering customer-focused solutions.
