Marketing Manager

Location: USA

This role is Remote, but requires occasional days in the Greenville Office and around 25% travel around the USA to attend conferences and other meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans across personal and non-personal channels
  • Create impactful promotional materials including sales aids, journal ads, and medical education content
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives to enhance engagement and brand visibility
  • Analyse market intelligence and competitor activity to inform strategy

 

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align messaging, training, and field insights
  • Partner with Market Access on payer strategy and value communication
  • Work with Medical Affairs to deliver compliant, non-promotional education and KOL engagement
  • Manage agency partners to ensure high-quality, compliant, on-time delivery
  • Lead congress and event strategy, including brand presence and booth execution

Operational Excellence

  • Own project management across internal stakeholders including Regulatory, Legal/Compliance, and Finance
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively
  • Support product launches and ongoing commercial initiatives

 

About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business discipline is essential
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product/brand roles (Marketing, Sales, Market Research, or Analytics) within the Pharmaceutical Industry is essential
  • Experience supporting or leading product launches is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills required
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional weekends
