Patient Support Services Manager
The Patient Support Services Manager will oversee Rosemont’s patient support operations, serving as the key link between patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and payers. The role is accountable for the effective delivery and ongoing improvement of patient access services, including benefits verification, prior authorization support, appeals coordination, copay and cash assistance pathways, refill continuity, and issue resolution. This position will also lead the performance management of hub and vendor partners to ensure consistently high‑quality service and an exceptional experience for both patients and healthcare providers.

Analytical Research & Development Scientist
The role of an AR&D Scientist is to independently develop and validate suitably rugged physical and chemical analytical methods that will determine all necessary product parameters including physical characteristics, determination of active, degradation products, preservatives, and, if necessary, volatiles using the most suitable analytical instruments available to the company.in compliance with standard operating procedures and international scientific, quality and regulatory standards.
