Senior Director/Director of Portfolio Management (USA)

The Senior Director/Director of Portfolio Management, as a leader within Rosemont Pharmaceuticals M&A/Business Development Function; plans, builds and manages a balanced product portfolio through the entire lifecycle to meet assigned category targets within Rosemont’s 5-yr financial model. They ideate, select, and oversee development of a portfolio of assets that fit Rosemont’s criteria, match patient needs, and market opportunity with internal technical capabilities to develop products. They also inform Business Development efforts to supplement what can be developed internally. They employ a wide range of techniques to determine customer needs and analyze multiple data sources to determine strategy. They own the Product Lifecycle Management process from the point of ideation through to the end of life of the product, leading cross-functional teams to drive the process for development, subsequent product enhancements, or line-extensions and, eventually, the decision to cease commercial efforts.
