Patient Support Services Manager
The Patient Support Services Manager will oversee Rosemont’s patient support operations, serving as the key link between patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and payers. The role is accountable for the effective delivery and ongoing improvement of patient access services, including benefits verification, prior authorization support, appeals coordination, copay and cash assistance pathways, refill continuity, and issue resolution.
