PA to CEO/Executive Assistant (USA)
Location: USA Based
Reports to Chief Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage the Executive teams complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support board meetings, investor relations, and senior leadership engagements.
- Build strong relationships across the business to facilitate smooth communication.
Project Coordination:
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as directed by the CEO.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and provide insights to aid decision-making.
Office & Administrative Management:
- Manage expenses, invoices, and procurement related to the CEOs executive team
- Ensure the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for all engagements.
Skills & Experience:
Essential
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, PowerPoint etc)
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with board governance and investor relations.
- Project management experience or qualifications.
