We’re proud to be a specialty pharmaceutical leader in oral liquid medicines for nearly 60 years.

Rosemont was established in 1967 by two pharmacists in response to the lack of oral liquid medicines available for their patients who couldn’t swallow tablets or capsules. We have since continued to bring oral liquid medicines to a global market and advocate support for vulnerable patients with swallowing difficulties around the world.

In 1974, our first liquid medicine was granted a UK licence from the MHRA. We have subsequently continued our commitment to research, developing more liquid medicines to support both healthcare professionals and their patients globally. We now have a portfolio of over 130 oral liquid medicines across a range of therapeutic areas including over 70 UK licensed products.

Rosemont advocates the use of licensed oral liquid medications over manipulating solid dose formats, like crushing tablets. We have a range of CPD accredited educational materials designed for healthcare professionals, which focus on key patient groups and their medication management challenges.

Rosemont are experts in the development, manufacture and distribution of oral liquid medicines. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing site in the UK, new research and development facilities in both the UK and Greece and commercial offices and logistics throughout the US, Rosemont is set up for future growth and further global expansion.

We now produce over 4 million bottles of oral liquid medicine every year. The commitment to ensuring we have the latest technologies within our global production and warehousing facilities serves to enhance our capabilities and capacity for growth. We will continue to adapt and remain flexible to ensure that we meet the needs of global healthcare systems.
