Senior HR Business Partner

Job Purpose

The Senior HRBP will partner with the Operations Director and Quality Director and their senior leadership teams to drive organisational efficiency, effectiveness, and development to ensure the business areas are equipped with the mindset, capability, and capacity to deliver today and in the future. They will support and enable Functional teams in building and maintaining functional excellence and on their specific journey to high performance.

Working in collaboration with the business area leadership teams they will define the specific annual people plan, roadmap and people KPIs for their area, in alignment with Rosemont’s Purpose, Mission, Organisational Strategy and annual scorecard. The post holder will support the Operations Director and Quality Director in driving execution, monitoring progress, and evaluation of the plan to build engagement, enablement, and the importance of fostering a “can do” mindset. The post holder will seek to ensure the plan gets to the heart of people issues and in collaboration with the team develop fit for purpose solutions appropriate for their business areas.

The Senior HRBP will lead the Performance, Talent and Reward cycle for the business areas ensuring practices, processes and support is targeted, and timetables are adhered to. They will be the key point of contact for recruitment, performance, talent, reward, and employee relations matters. The post holder will additionally coach and support People Managers in building their capability to lead and manage their teams so they can be at their best.

As a key member of the HR leadership team, they will support in the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR Strategic projects, in particular leading the Company’s annual engagement survey and Fredie EDI action plan. They will further work with their leadership team and HR colleagues to build our EVP and high-performance culture to ensure Rosemont delivers on its objectives and is a great place to work, develop and make a difference.

Knowledge and Experience

• Min degree educated or equivalent –MCIPD.

• 5+ years HRBP experience acquired in industry/sector with wide bandwidth and compliance requirements. Preferred candidates will have experience of working in a manufacturing / quality environment. Pharmaceutical sector experience is desirable.

• Credible business Partner with proven track record of leading change to enhance business performance. Can demonstrate success in implementing HR programs that drive business and performance outcomes.
