Engineering Technical Administrator – Part Time

Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Authoring annual PQRRs for Purified Water, Compressed Air & HVAC
• Administering SAP PM system and acting as department system expert
• Administering C-Cure access control system, issuing new starter cards, replacement cards & parking permits
• Administering ANPR access control registrations
• Attending H&S Committee meetings
• Updating existing & writing new GMP WRKs & SOPs, combining engineers input, manufacturers guidance & Rosemont experience with like-for-like equipment
• Acting as department Trackwise expert; submitting documents as acting author, raising Change Controls & assisting others as required
• Tracking engineering QMS actions, progressing where possible and chasing/supporting others to close on time
• Administering QMS documents issued to department
• Organising engineers training signoff sheets & ensuring training files & records are up to date
• Updating engineering Quality Council slides, monthly
• Raising regular and annual value requisitions on SAP
• Goods receipting regular orders, value orders as required & tracking value order spend on SAP
• Organising statutory inspection dates and co-ordinating 3rd parties with British Engineering Services
• Tracking statutory engineering inspections against schedule, reviewing inspection reports & escalating any issues – eg. LOLER, PSSR etc
• Reviewing weekly hygiene cleaning logs & issuing new logs monthly
• Managing calibration contractors during shutdown period, reviewing & signing off calibration certificates
• Downloading & reviewing waste water system compliance data
• Updating existing & generating new engineering risk assessments
• Updating existing & generating new engineering COSHH assessments
• Setting up, organising and maintaining the engineering documentation archive
• Ordering stationary etc for department, department monthly meeting minutes & other general admin tasks
• Maintaining excellent standards of Health and Safety
• Undertaking such other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time to support the department, wider Operations team and other business activities

Knowledge and Experience
•Typical Years of Experience- 3 years or more in a relevant role, or with cross-transferrable skills
•Minimum Expected Education-HNC in technical / scientific discipline, or A levels with relevant work experience
•Additional Information-Working knowledge of Trackwise and SAP PM would be hugely advantageous, as would experience of working in a pharmaceutical or other heavily regulated industry
