Oral Liquid Formulary

A pocket guide to liquid medicines. It includes an easy-to-use reference guide to the most commonly prescribed medications.

Swallowing Difficulties Protocol

A protocol, designed by Dr David Wright, which provides nurses and carers with details of the correct procedures to follow when treating a patient with swallowing difficulties. It includes a list of medications that should never be crushed or opened and easy-to-use flow charts to help carers determine the optimum dosage forms for residents or patients with a PEG or PEJ tube.

Medication Management of the Elderly Booklet

The booklet aims to highlight an alternative way of considering medication in the elderly.
It describes what happens to drugs within the body, how different types of medication interact with each another and the correct way of reviewing medication considering individual needs. Some legal issues are also discussed.
